We are specialists in designing and manufacturing custom-made stencils in a variety of sizes (our record is a 16 meters long one-section stencil). Our stencils are laser-cut from a variety of materials depending on the use of the stencil, therefore from plastic, wood, steel, aluminium and perspex.

We design and manufacture custom decor items as well as personal protection equipment during the Covid-19 pandemic.

custom products

We custom design stencils, and products & stencils from ABS, Mylar, Wood, Perspex, Aluminium, and Steel.

Our minimum fee is R250 for design & setup. Thereafter material and cutting time are added.

We can cut stencils and designs from petite sizes (10mm high letters) to running meters of stenciling designs, road marking stencils, and large format flat steel designs.

We currently don't bend steel, aluminum, or perspex.

We request that artwork be sent to us in high-quality PDF or Vector Files, as we cannot be held liable if the result of the stencil is not what was expected due to the quality of the image provided to us. Please check the content of the invoice to ensure that the content on the invoice, is correct. Once the invoice has been accepted and paid for, the final artwork will be sent to you for final approval.

Custom-made items are not refundable unless there is a deviation in the manufacturing from the final artwork approved by you.

Our stencils are cut on order, therefore we cannot offer refunds.

General Stencils: we use 350 microns Mylar plastic and when unavailable, or 250-190 microns Mylar plastic. This is a reusable, semi-clear, bendable, food-safe, and cleanable plastic much like an x-ray film, but durable. We also cut from ABS plastics, stainless steel, wood, aluminium and perspex.

Depending on our work volume, your order will be ready within 4-5 days from payment.
